These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Eikr Intelligence OÜ (registry code 17486797, Tallinn, Estonia) regarding your use of EIKR CRM. By creating an account, starting a trial, using an invite code, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.
EIKR CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform that helps businesses and individuals manage clients, projects, invoices, reminders, sales pipelines, communication, automation, and AI-assisted workflows.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
EIKR CRM offers a free plan and the following paid plans. Prices are in euros. Yearly billing is a 20% discount on monthly billing. Free Plan: €0, no credit card required. Includes 1 user, 3 active clients, 3 projects, and 1 pipeline. Starter Plan: €29 per month when billed monthly, or €23 per month when billed yearly (€276 charged once per year). Includes 1 user, 10 active clients, 10 projects, and 3,000 AI credits per month. Growth Plan: €79 per month when billed monthly, or €63 per month when billed yearly (€756 charged once per year). Includes up to 5 users, 250 active clients, 250 projects, and 50,000 AI credits per month. Scale Plan: €159 per month when billed monthly, or €127 per month when billed yearly (€1,524 charged once per year). Includes up to 10 users, 750 active clients, 750 projects, and 100,000 AI credits per month. Business Plan: €399 per month when billed monthly, or €319 per month when billed yearly (€3,828 charged once per year). Includes up to 20 users, 1,500 active clients, 1,500 projects, 250,000 AI credits per month, API access, advanced automations, and priority support. Enterprise: custom pricing and limits, agreed in writing. Additional users may be charged at €8.00 per additional user per month where applicable. Paid plans (other than Enterprise) include a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method may be required to start a trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected subscription will automatically renew and the payment method on file will be charged. Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription or trial through the billing portal at any time.
EIKR may issue invite codes for demos, testing, onboarding, or approved client use. Invite codes are single-use, non-transferable, and may be revoked at EIKR's discretion. Free trials are intended for genuine evaluation of the service. Repeated trial creation, false company details, or attempts to bypass trial limits may result in account suspension, cancellation, or refusal of service.
Plan limits apply to users, active clients, projects, AI credits, API usage, email sending, file storage, and automation usage. EIKR may apply fair-use limits to protect platform stability and prevent abuse. If usage is excessive, abusive, automated in a harmful way, or materially above intended plan limits, EIKR may require an upgrade, restrict usage, or suspend access.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, violate laws, infringe third-party rights, or use the platform for spam, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity.
Your use of EIKR CRM is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process account, billing, and CRM data to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring that any customer data you upload is collected and processed lawfully.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, third-party service issues, hosting incidents, or force majeure events may affect access.
You may stop using the service at any time. EIKR may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse trials, fail payment, create security risks, or misuse the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Estonia, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
