EIKR Intelligence OÜ uses the following subprocessors and service providers to operate, secure, support, and improve EIKR CRM. The exact providers involved may depend on the features, integrations, and configuration selected by each customer.

For customer CRM data, the customer usually acts as controller and EIKR acts as processor. EIKR uses subprocessors only as needed to provide the service, under appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards.

OpenAI

Purpose: AI drafts, summaries, pre-call briefs, follow-up suggestions, and CRM assistance

Data processed: Relevant CRM content submitted to AI features, such as notes, client context, message drafts, and activity history

Location: May include processing outside the EEA with contractual safeguards

Anthropic / Claude

Purpose: AI drafts, summaries, analysis, and CRM assistance

Data processed: Relevant CRM content submitted to AI features, such as notes, client context, message drafts, and activity history

Location: May include processing outside the EEA with contractual safeguards

Supabase

Purpose: Database, authentication, storage, and backend infrastructure services where used

Data processed: Account data, workspace data, CRM records, authentication data, and technical metadata

Location: EU/EEA or provider-controlled infrastructure regions depending on configuration

Hetzner Online GmbH

Purpose: Cloud hosting and server infrastructure

Data processed: Application data, technical logs, backups, and hosted service data

Location: European Union

Vercel

Purpose: Frontend hosting, deployment, and performance delivery

Data processed: Website/app delivery logs, technical metadata, and frontend service data

Location: Global infrastructure with contractual safeguards

Stripe

Purpose: Payment processing, subscriptions, invoices, and billing records

Data processed: Billing name, company details, payment status, invoice details, subscription IDs, and payment metadata

Location: May include processing outside the EEA with contractual safeguards

Google services

Purpose: Email, calendar, authentication, integrations, or workspace-related features where enabled by the customer

Data processed: Integration data authorized by the customer, such as email metadata, calendar data, or account identifiers

Location: Global infrastructure with contractual safeguards

Slack

Purpose: Notifications and workspace integrations where enabled by the customer

Data processed: Notification content, workspace identifiers, user identifiers, and integration metadata

Location: May include processing outside the EEA with contractual safeguards

Email delivery provider

Purpose: Transactional email delivery such as invites, reminders, invoices, proposals, and account messages

Data processed: Recipient email address, message content, delivery metadata, and technical logs

Location: Depends on the configured provider

Monitoring and analytics providers

Purpose: Security monitoring, diagnostics, uptime checks, debugging, and product reliability

Data processed: Technical logs, device/browser metadata, error details, IP addresses, and usage events where enabled

Location: Depends on the configured provider

AI Processing Notice

EIKR CRM may use OpenAI and Anthropic for AI-assisted CRM features. When these features are used, relevant CRM content may be sent to the AI provider to generate the requested output. Customers should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal data to AI features unless required for a lawful business purpose.

Changes and Contact

EIKR may update this Subprocessor List when adding, replacing, or removing providers. For questions about subprocessors or data protection, contact EIKR Intelligence OÜ at support@eikr.ee.
